Nominating Council Members:

The guidelines and process for nominating Council members are described in the attached 2024 Online Election Guidelines. When nominating, it is best practice to first speak with your nominee if he or she is willing to be nominated.

Voting for your Council Members:

The guidelines and process for voting are also in the attached 2024 Online Election Guidelines. All UPAAT members will be informed of your membership status (e.g. lifetime, current, expired). An eligible member, who can participate in the online election process—i.e., to nominate, be nominated, to vote, and be elected—is a regular member in good standing based on the official records of the Membership Committee. There is still time to renew your membership.
